In London, the successful roll out of the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) to the North and South Circular by 2021, and across all of London as soon as possible by the Mayor and City Hall.
The introduction of a targeted diesel scrappage scheme by the government and financial incentives to help drivers make the switch from the most polluting vehicles to other modes of transport.
